Nutrition Coaching There is so much confusing information when it comes to diets and nutrition! Are carbs good or bad? Well this book says they are amazing and this one says they are evil...and both have the research to back it up!! Every body is very unique and what works for one person may not work for another so coaching can be helpful to find the plan that is best for you. Sometimes our clients may just need a meal plan for the month that they can be disciplined and stick to, but other clients want to make one small change at a time and have the freedom to eat what they want each day but need guidance on what changes to make to their current habits. If you would like to start eating healthier and have more energy, nutrition coaching is a great decision. Meal Planning Learning how to plan your meals for the week will set you up for success! We will help you learn how to plan your meals for the week to find a routine that actually works for your lifestyle and your taste buds. Meal planning helps make grocery shopping quicker and more efficient too. Grocery Shopping Lessons It all begins with knowing how to shop for food! We will go to your local grocery store and guide you how to buy the healthiest versions of the foods you love, what labels to look for and which ones to avoid, and what you could pick up at the grocery store for a meal on the run rather than going out to eat. Cooking Lessons Cooking at home is the best way to ensure your meals are healthy but not everyone feels comfortable in the kitchen. We will help you learn how to cook your favorite meals in the healthiest way possible while teaching you tips and tricks to make cooking quick and simple. Some of our cooking lessons may have nothing to do with cooking but will teach you how to make juices, smoothies, nut milks, and raw vegan snacks and desserts. You can really cater these lessons to focus on what interests you. Detox Programs & Cleanses We believe it is best to eat healthy on a daily basis so you don't have to cleanse but sometimes a simple cleanse can help you get on track. We offer a variety of different cleanse programs that we can prepare the meals and juices for you or give you the recipes to complete on your own. Our options include an Ayurvedic detox program, a 3-5 day juice cleanse, or a raw food detox program. We will help you determine the best approach based on your current health condition, your lifestyle, and your goals.
